Shipping Policy

We are strictly operating on pre-orders during January 2026, with all orders placed in January 2026 being dispatched in the first week of February 2026.

Thereafter, from 9 February 2026, all products will be available for immediate purchase. Product dispatch time is 24-48 hours after you place your order. If your order is delayed for whatever reason, we will be sure to notify you of such via email.

Delivery charge is a flat rate for main centres, being:

R150 for economy from The Courier Guy nationwide in South Africa. Pudo (locker-to-locker) is R49.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If you notice, that wrong address was entered, please notify us as as soon as possible by sending us an email to info@goncalveschama.co.za. No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.
